Charlie (Tom Cruise), a tough, selfish personality car dealer, suddenly attends an unwilling funeral to hear about his father's death, but the legacy left him with an old car and rose garden. The rest of his legacy was for Raymond (Dustin Hoffman), an autistic patient who was separated when he was a child. Charlie decides to become his brother 's protector for the time being to intercept the legacy. But traveling with a brother who has extreme panic in an airplane and in an unfamiliar environment is not easy. Charlie often suffers from his seizure-inducing brother, but in Las Vegas he gets a lot of money because of his extraordinary autism and computing power. As the proverb says, "Blood is thicker than water," even though it is a tired car trip, the brothers and sisters who have been forgotten in the hearts of the two begin to grow slowly.
